Reference #:

2003-149

Inventors/Contributors

Joseph F. Poduslo, Ph.D., Geoffry L. Curran, Abdul H. Fauq, Ph.D., Daniel J. McCormick, Ph.D., Thomas M. Wengenack, Ph.D.

Description

The present invention is the protemic design and chemical synthesis of amino acid polymers with improved blood brain barrier permeability. The amino acid polymer may be any type of peptide or polypeptide, including for example, part of a multi-subunit protein or an immunoglobulin (or derivative or fragment thereof).
