Description
These methods enable determination of the phase of duplicated of CYP2D6 alleles using an allele specific primer extension-based algorithm or by isolating and genotyping the normally arranged (non-duplicated) CYP2D6 allele and the 5' and 3' CYP2D6 duplicated alleles.
