Description
We developed an HLA-DR2 mouse model by introducing a human DRB1*1502(DR2DW12) transgene into CIA susceptible BIO.RQB3 (H2A8) mice. These mice showed a significant reduction in the incidence and severity of arthritis. For further information please see Human Immunology, 1996, 50:54-60.
