Description
Investigators have developed a rabbit polyclonal antisera reactive against murine major basic protein-1 (native protein purified from isolated mouse eosinophils). MBP is a known factor in the asthma, inflammation and allergy pathways. This antibody is highly specific and would be useful in a variety of assays where high specificity and sensitivity are desired.
