Description
We developed an HLA-DR3.Abo mouse by introducing the DR3 transgene into a H2Abo mouse, class II negative strain, by mating with BIO.M-DRB1*0301 mice. Experimental autoimmune thyroiditis (EAT) is induced in these mice when immunized with either MTg or HTg.
