Polyclonal Antibodies Specific for SRC-2 and REA Steroid Receptor Coregulators

Reference #:

2004-061

Inventors/Contributors

Thomas C. Spelsberg, Ph.D., David G. Monroe, Ph.D., Frank J. Secreto, Ph.D.

Description

We have developed a series of polyclonal antibodies specific for SRC-2 and REA steroid receptor coregulators. The affinity purified antibodies have demonstrated a marked specificity of each polyclonal antibody to its specific co-regulator and this has shown to be functional with western blot analysis, co-precipitations, competition with the specific peptide used as an immunogen, and even the native protein by immunohistochemistry.
