Description

This software program will run on an open platform PC-based system and with minimal user guidance will semi-automatically segment from 3D image scans the sub-volumes representing any cardiac chamber and will convert that segmentation into a graphical surface model for export to display and utilize. This custom software is a specific and inclusive example of methodology described in "Efficient Models of Human Anatomy".
