Description

This software application increases quality, ease and efficiency in a Clinic Subspecialty Practice by: 1. facilitating the entry of patient clinical information using drop down menus 2. storing of patient information in a consistent, granualar and searchable manner, 3. generating the clinical office note based on entered patient information, without dictation or transcription costs 4. providing filtering and analytical functions that make possible the assessment of outcomes of competing treatments in a real work setting 5. allowing the easy generation of work lists such "previous medications attempted" obviating time consuming chart searches, 6. providing a powerful phenotyping tool for future genomic, proteomic, transcriptomic and metabolomic investigations that is embedded into day to day clinical care, and 7. providing a user friendly coherent framework for patient self-entry of clinical information prior to their office visit.
