Description
A group of chemical structures have been identified from in silico screening of a chemical database as inhibitors of anthrax lethal factor, a fatal toxin released by anthrax after infection. Such chemicals can be used for effective treatment for anthrax infection when antibiotics fail to kill the bacteria in time.
