Description
Transgenic mice expressing levels of PKCbetaII in the colonic epithelium can be used as a model to assess the efficacy of a novel PPARgamma ligand as a chemopreventive and chemotherapeutic agent against colon cancer. These mice are highly susceptible to carcinogen-induced colon cancer.
