Description
Through in silico screening and NMR spectroscopic studies, we have discovered a group of drug-like molecules that can potentially inhibit a viral enzyme, chymotrypsin-like cysteine proteinase, responsible for replication of SARS virus. Such molecules, either separately or in combination, can potentially be used as anti-SARS drugs to treat individuals infected with SARS virus.
