Description
(Patents logged on 05-019) In this invention we have prepared a number of nanobioconjugates comprising of gold nanoparticles, gemcitabine, rapamycin and VEGF antibody for their potential use in cancer therapeutics. This form of delivery may increase the efficiency, may reduce the toxicity and increase the half life time of those molecules. We have also tested the in vitro functional assay of the nanobioconjugates to confirm the functional activity of the components present in the nano-bioconjugate form.
